Parts of Spain and the western Mediterranean will be at risk of heavy rainfall early next week, AccuWeather reports.
A slow-moving storm will move over the coast of eastern Spain from Monday into Wednesday and increase the risk of flash flooding while also bringing high-elevation snowfall to the region. The heaviest rainfall is expected from Monday into Wednesday.
Locations from Valencia to Almeria will be at risk of heavy rainfall on Monday and could face the threat of localised flooding and travel disruption. Rainfall may extend as far north as Barcelona by Monday afternoon or evening.
