Road closures in Edinburgh

Constitution Street is set to close with Edinburgh's tram extension works getting underway in the coming days, Edinburgh Live reports.

The construction work will begin on Monday, November 18, with Leith Road closing to traffic at 05h00 on Saturday, November 16.
 

Works are expected to continue on the road until April 30, 2021.
 

Travellers are advised to find alternative routes and allow extra time when going on a journey or heading to the airport.
