Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo to reopen 

Shangri-La Hotel, Colombo announced that it will partially reopen on June 12, seven weeks after the property was attacked by a suicide bomber on Easter Sunday, reports Travel Daily Media.

The Shangri-La Hotel in Colombo was one of three hotels hit by the suicide attacks on 21 April and suffered extensive damages.

From June 12, popular dining establishments, including Sapphyr Lounge, Capital Bar & Grill and Kaema Sutra will reopen for service.

Guests will be able to enjoy room stays and the Spa from June 15.
