Travel warning issued for London region

Environment Canada has issued a travel warning for the London region as sub-zero temperatures and more snowfall are expected Thursday, reported the London Free Press.

The federal weather agency’s winter weather travel advisory was issued Thursday morning for Middlesex, Lambton and Huron counties.

The heaviest bands are coming onshore between Bayfield and Kettle Point.

A return to the unseasonably warm weather that London enjoyed earlier this week should not be expected as the mercury is not expected to rise above freezing for the next seven days.
