Delta continues to enhance corporate experience


DELTA Air Lines constantly looks to enhance the corporate travel experience, which is why the airline places emphasis on being on time and offering convenient connections via its US hubs for customers to reach their final destinations.

According to Bobby Bryan, the airline’s commercial director – Africa, one new initiative this year in addition to introducing its refitted Boeing 777 on the Johannesburg-Atlanta route, is the ability for Delta One customers to choose their in-flight meal in advance. This enables them to know their first choice will be available no matter where they sit in the cabin.

Bryan says as part of the airline’s increasingly close relationship with Air France and KLM in Africa, it has also introduced corporate agreements that include all three carriers, giving maximum choice and flexibility to corporate buyers along with helping them manage costs on a global basis.

“MICE is also an important sector for us and we’ve seen demand for travel to the US from this sector for a number of years.”
