Corporates are always looking for new, fresh and unique ways to conference and meet. A big feature in an attempt to move away from the standard conferencing process, is the request for venues to meet the demands of digitisation.
As a result, The Birchwood Hotel and OR Tambo Conference Centre has responded by offering individual groups their own private WiFi network that is only accessible to their delegates.
Greg Hoffmann, sales and marketing for Birchwood Hotel and OR Tambo Conference Centre, says it has become clear that meetings, conferences and events have become reliant on an online-approach to their proceedings - whether for training purposes, video streaming or social media interaction on the day. “Clients are frequently asking for facilities that have reliable and efficient WiFi,” he says.
The hotel has also refreshed its Clovergreen lunch menus and is currently renovating and upgrading the Phomolong Restaurant, which will launch soon, Hoffman adds.
The Birchwood Hotel and OR Tambo Conference Centre has over 60 venues to accommodate any size of conference.
