Shaun Pozyn is the Head of Marketing for kulula.com and British Airways (operated by Comair). He joined Comair in the contact centre in 2003, and then moved into the commercial team. In 2005 Shaun joined the Comair marketing team as Partnership Marketing Executive, managing and overseeing British Airways’ global Frequent Flyer programme, Executive Club, as well as managing the various Executive Club and non-Executive Club partnerships. Shaun has held numerous portfolios within the marketing team and has worked on numerous brands within the Comair group. Shaun graduated with his IMM (Institute of Marketing Management) Diploma in 2005, and has subsequently completed two leadership courses at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
