TripSource is leading the digital TMC evolution

The TripSource Mobile App can be downloaded on iPhone & Android. It enables itinerary management, flight alerts and online check-in.

When a traveller registers and books a trip with us, their itinerary automatically appears in TripSource. TripSource can even capture separate booking transactions in one itinerary, so all the information they need is just a tap away. They can share an itinerary with colleagues and family as well as having access to directions and maps for hotels, airports and restaurants.

BCD Travel is committed to the protection of our customers’ data and has achieved PCI DSS merchant provider compliance. We also follow international security standards such as the ISO 27001 and data privacy laws including the European laws around GDPR. To ensure the protection of card data, we encrypt all card data information stored with traveller profiles. This means no employees can access this sensitive information.

All our client traveller profiles are built into our global traveller profile management tool, TripSource® Profile Manager (TSPM). TSPM is PCI DSS compliant and uses advanced encryption technology for secure storage of credit card information and has an auditable access and amendment trail.
