Emirates opens lounge in Rome


Emirates has opened a new lounge in Rome’s Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport. Emirates first- and business-class passengers, as well as Skywards Platinum and Gold members, can access the facility. Skywards Silver and Blue customers can access the lounge for a fee.

The lounge is located in Terminal 3, Level 2, close to gates E22-24. It offers runway views and a direct boarding facility on to the airline’s twice-daily flight to Dubai.

The lounge offer passengers LED TVs, armchairs, a choice of formal or relaxed seating, a dining area, a prayer room, shower facilities and a business centre. Passengers have access to an extensive complimentary buffet, including hot and cold options, Italian cuisine, seasonal options and a selection of international wines and beverages. A kids’ menu is also available.

The airline offers business- and first-class passengers complimentary chauffeur-drive services in Rome and dedicated check-in counters.
