Legacy is working on something big in Sandton, this is what we know…

Legacy Hotels and Resorts is currently undertaking a major multi-purpose hotel development in Sandton, costing an estimated R2bn, with 1 000 people working on site every day, 24/7.
Full details are not yet available, but this is what we know so far.
Currently construction is up to around the 36th floor, and will reach up to 55. The hotel will have 140 guest rooms, as well as 200 apartments. This excludes the Leonardo Suite, which will be a 2 880sqm, three-floor penthouse, with an asking price of R250 million!
The hotel will also have a crèche, pool, restaurant, spa, and gym, as well as eight floors of parking. It will have a conference room, seating around 350 people and five of the floors will be for office space.
